At Carnell, every gown is created with exceptional care. Depending on the piece you choose, preparation and delivery times may vary.

Our Ready-to-Wear collection is available in standard sizes and selected designs.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Egypt: approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas upon request and product availability.

Made-to-Order pieces are carefully crafted based on your selected size and minor customizations.

Production time: Up to 7 business days.
Delivery within Egypt: approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Production time may vary slightly depending on the design.

Our couture gowns are individually created in collaboration with our designer.

Every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, making each design completely unique.

Production time is determined individually based on:
- Design complexity
- Hand embroidery
- Fabric selection
- Required fittings
An estimated completion date will be provided during your consultation.

We ship throughout Egypt and to most international destinations.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details (when available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
