1. Our Brand
Carnell is an Egyptian luxury fashion house specializing in premium gowns and custom-made designs.
Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in our atelier using carefully selected fabrics and exceptional craftsmanship.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Depending on the selected product, preparation times may vary:
- Ready-to-Wear: Usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-Order: Up to 7 business days before shipping.
- Custom Made & Couture: Production time is determined individually according to the design and required craftsmanship.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Taxes, customs duties, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout Egypt and to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:
- Egypt: Approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: Approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Inspection, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our gowns and the premium quality standards we maintain, all customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
Orders within Egypt
- Please inspect your order while the courier is present.
- If you choose not to accept the order, it must be returned immediately with the courier.
- Once the returned item reaches our atelier and passes inspection, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
Please Note
Once the courier has left and the order has been accepted, it will be considered delivered in satisfactory condition.
Returns or exchanges after acceptance are only available if the item is received with a verified manufacturing defect.
Custom-made and couture orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
6. Product Information
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
As each handcrafted piece is unique, minor variations are considered part of its artisanal character.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Carnell website—including photographs, designs, graphics, logos, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of Carnell.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Carnell shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs procedures, natural events, or technical issues.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

11. Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made and couture gowns are created specifically for each client based on individual measurements and design preferences. Therefore, these orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
